This unit can do far more than re-bag, offering you such additional services as cleaning or mixing that you can select as you wish in order to meet your requirements.

Services

You have the opportunity to re-bag your produce in new bag packs in big bags, or vice versa. In addition, you can also book related services such as screen-, wind- and/or magnet-cleaning, or mixing. Using special tumble screens, the unit specializes in cleaning especially tiny foodstuff raw materials such as quinoa, chia or poppy seeds.

Tubular bag machine

A further investment offers the opportunity to mix produce and re-pack in small quantities of 1 to 5 kgs.

The less air there is inside a vacuum bag, the longer produce remains fresh.
Mixer

Whether grains or bakery seeds – these are re-mixed here. Our mixer produces your individual mixtures, such as five- or six-grain mixtures required by bakeries.
